Pros +

• Running up and down the 3rd floor all night should not be tolerated. Call police if your staff can't handle it. Being told that security comes on at 9 is not the answer I want to hear. We attended the swap meet and many others did as well and have attended each year for 20 year always staying at your hotel. Next year, nor so sure! Disappointed in response.

• The room was very clean and comfortable! Nothing was broken. Everything worked.

Cons -

• I’m honestly really disappointed with my stay. Housekeeping was not up to standard — chips were spilled on the floor and the room wasn’t properly cleaned. The only thing that was done was changing the sheets and towels after I specifically asked. When I spoke to the front desk about getting the room cleaned, I was told it wouldn’t be possible until the 4th day of our stay, which is unacceptable.On top of that, the pool and hot tub were poorly maintained. There were dead bugs in the water for five straight days, which made the amenities unusable.Overall, the cleanliness and service fell well below expectations, and I wouldn’t stay here again unless these issues were addressed.
