- Hotel employee was the most amazing hostess and help us every step of the way she was able to answer all of our questions and correct some errors made by our booking company. She made our vacation extra special

Cons -
- No
- They didn't have hot coffee on sunday morning, we asked for it two times and it took about 1/2 hour for them to bring it out. Breakfast was not refilled and the counters were messy. After waiting for breakfast to be refilled we finally left. Not good
- Need a laundry facility for those who stay are longer than a couple of nights. Not all ice machines were available, but this seems to be common lately at many other hotels and chains.
