Very dirty, old furniture and damaged room. Did not feel sanitary at all. Would not recommend

The room and bed were a great size.

Upon our arrival no rooms had been cleaned and we had to wait an hour to be checked in. We came at 3:30 so 30 minutes after check in and still they were behind on cleaning. The lobby smelled awful. The staff could’ve offered any comfort or a discount but didn’t. Once in the room, we noticed the fridge was very dirty on the outside. No shower soaps unless we asked the staff. We needed cups and that was denied since they kept saying they were out of utensils at the front desk till some lady found some. We were already over the place. The tv was very small, and had limited channels. We figured it will be okay once we got some rest and enjoyed the free breakfast provided in our stay. The breakfast consist of instant oatmeal packs, cheap packaged muffins and nutrigrain bars. Upon leaving, which we left two hours early since we couldn’t stand it anymore, we entered the elevator and saw a dirty diaper and pee stain on the floor. So even the people staying there have no class or respect. Not worth a single penny I spent there

old carpet; room cabinets brokencurtain off track; closet tacky cover ( curtain);tub rusty drain; dusty bedside lamps; desk had no work chair took them 2 days to give us one; elevator filthy smells bad;in order to get new towels you need to turn in old ones no room service at all! if you call front desk no answer you need to go down & fond person who can help you with your room issuesmarijuana reeked hallways!Needs to revamp entire hotel !

The woman at the front desk was superbKind- addressed me with eye contact Super together - loved her !

The halls could have been vacuumed and the elevator
