The location. It was close to my daughter's home & her work.
Location would have been good had I stayed there.
Actually nothing well it was easy to find

Cons -

Front door and back bathroom window looked unsecure and perhaps broken
I was expecting a 3 star experience and was disappointed.
The 1st day I was there I get to my room to having no water. The 2nd day I was woken up by a faulty fire alarm, 3rd day I woke up to my room being flooded. Was told that if they couldn't fix the problem I'd have to leave but they wouldn't reimburse me

Location would have been good had I stayed there.

Their internet didn't work. The room/motel was definitely not 3 star rating. More like a 2. I received a refund and went to another hotel for about the same price with much better rooms, high speed (working) internet and more amenties.
