It was smelly, noisy (air conditioner had to be unplugged and could hear everything in the adjoining rooms and outside), bathroom door didn’t shut, outside door stick and additional lock was missing. The hotel was freshly painted but it was stinky,

Location

Access is a bit cumbersome due to the location of the parking, stairs, and railing

The cleanliness, excellent location for me, did not hear traffic, and on top- the bed was super comfy. I was very pleased with everything.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable.

The WIFI is amazing. Super fast and lots of bandwidth. I was getting 200mbps down and 150 up

Breakfast was very lackluster. I did not eat breakfast at this hotel.

The internet! We were for 3 days! We were out of WiFi for a day and a half! Need to work on that

Always a good night sleep at a Baymont Hotel. Best pillows, extra pillows, quiet.

The location. It was close to my daughter's home & her work.

The 1st day I was there I get to my room to having no water. The 2nd day I was woken up by a faulty fire alarm, 3rd day I woke up to my room being flooded. Was told that if they couldn't fix the problem I'd have to leave but they wouldn't reimburse me

Location would have been good had I stayed there.

Their internet didn't work. The room/motel was definitely not 3 star rating. More like a 2. I received a refund and went to another hotel for about the same price with much better rooms, high speed (working) internet and more amenties.

Actually nothing well it was easy to find

The room looked like it had been renovating recently, but it was a poor renovation, missing boards, the tubs cracks and holes were filled in with something? We chose not to bath there. Cords and wires everywhere. The grounds were littered trash and etc

Aphids everywhere; concentrated in the toilet, tub, & sink. Got there late; didn't notice until morning. Yucky. They had sprayed the upper level the week before; so they knew about the problem, but management still rented the room. Partial refund give

Needed a place to sleep after riding 12 hours on motorcycle. This is the second tine I have stayed here and had a positive experience both times. Nothing fancy, but a good place to stay for a night when passing through with reasonable rates on a holiday

Problems with the door opening, but I am sure this will be repaired. No coffee maker in room. I am an early riser and missed having a cup of coffee before I hit the road. The lobby, where coffee is available, does not open until 6:30am.

Good location

King size mattress was worn out and definitely required replacing. AC unit was loud and openings around the unit was filled with spray foam that protruded out of the wall .

staff were helpful

seemed rundown and unsafe. Block of rooms were posted--"do not enter". Apparently there was a major problem with a past occupant. Did not seem safe.

It's an older hotel. It was clean beds small and old. Heater did not work good.

Good location & friendly staff

Had remodel trash stacked in walk way area - very tacky. Bathroom faucet needed some attention.

The price

Other Customers were put above us that were really loud at unacceptable hours.

I mean, the front desk guy was cool, but he gave me wrong directions to the room, twice...and I hated lugging around my luggage up and down stairs because the first room I got was locked from the inside. room had a microwave and fridge

This is NOT a 3 star, or even 2, I've stayed in probably 40 hotels this year, I'm not fancy...the bed soooo bad though, thats all I really need, thankfully I brought my own blanket Couldn't find ice I thought I was going to be robbed Im not from CT btw

Staff was very helpful and friendly

The toilet ran loudly for a extended period of time before quitting down
