Best Western Harbour Inn & Suites Huntington - Sunset Beach

GRANITE FLOOR in bathroom. Dangerous. Husband almost fell when wet.TV needs electrical engineers to use. (Desk guy said the cable guy messed it up. Didn’t know when it would be fixed. Phone didn’t work. How do you call front desk? How do they contact you?

Across from the beach on PCH. Lots of nice shops & restaurants nearby. Staff is very friendly!

Yes - SERVICE. Promised something when booking and when it cam time to check in, the associate did not hold true to this promise. This COMPLETELY ruined our wedding event we were supposed to go to.

Good beachside location. But a third rate building crammed into a high density area. Very strange layout to get from tiny garage area to lobby. Did not seem like a BW.

Walking distance to both Sunset Beach and Huntington Harbor, as well as equipment rental services. Hotel was not a luxury style place but it was clean and the rate was on the cheap side. Enjoyed the spacious harbor view king room with armchair and a couch

Breakfast was an unexpected surprise.

Pictures were completely fabricated. Front desk staff was rude. No pool. No hot tubs. No view in any direction except the rear of the building next door or the 7-11 and liquor store across the street. Only has 22 rooms, 14 usable parking spaces.

False advertising! No pool their website shows a picture of a pool. The rooms and furniture are dated, vending machine not working. And they screwed up my sister's reservation (twice). She wasted 3hrs correcting it the first time and still not fixed

I had to wait around for an extra 45 minutes because they were short staffed and could not check me into the room until 4:15 PM instead of the 3 o¿clock check in¿ advertised¿ also fecal matter on bathroom floor when I checked in to my room.Not Good!!

Hotel is in a great location!! * There was a lot of dust/ grime piled up underneath the air conditioner on the carpet but otherwise the room was quite clean and Nice! Also nice dining lounge for breakfast with a nice selection of breakfast items¿¿

This place is so old and musty. The walls are paper thin. The decor is from the 70¿s . Worn out and dark. It¿s looked spooky. TV Chanel selection was zero! Stain on carpet . I¿m sorry but if you own a place across from the beach paint and update.

Great Location

When I booked this, it was supposed to be free parking. When I got to the hotel, I was told it wasn't and I was charge $5 per day for parking.

Location and access to the beach

There is not enough parking to accommodate the number of rooms and they had no solution to assist guests.

We updated our room to Family suit. We liked balcony view in the bedroom and location to bike trail, beach and hiking trail in Bolsa Chica reserve.

Location to the beach. Friendly staff, had paperwork ready for me so check in an check out were a breeze. Need some updates in the room but for the price I couldn't complain. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was very nice.

The rooms were OK had a microwave and a mini frig which would be nice for an extended stay. The beds were hard and not comfortable. The room had a smell of harsh cleaning solutions or old musty smell. No shower drain cover only a stained rubber stopper.

Staff went above and beyond in helping my mom find a hairstylist for the HS Reunion they were going to. Staff actually on her day off called to make sure everything went well! Super Customer Service!
