- I specifically booked this hotel so my family could swim in the pool and relax in the jacuzzi, but unfortunately everything was closed for renovation. There was no heating in the room, and it was very cold. They brought us an old heater that didn’t work properly. The bathtub could not be used — only the shower was available.
- Will not be booking here anymore… was charged twice on the room and told the front desk but insisted I was not when I had proof I paid ahead of time but I was easily dismissed. Went to check out the restaurant downstairs, they told us they were booked up and we could sit at a table but possible we’d be asked to leave when the reservations start coming. We went to sit outside in the patio and the restaurant was notBooked at all, there was hardly anyone there. It was Valentine’s Day too. We were disturbed not only once by house keeping but twice in the morning, it wasn’t even close to check out time and we told them we’d check out a little before check out time. Curtains and carpet were dirty in the room. Will not be returning
