Pros +
- Great location, friendly staff, very comfortable bed, clean large room, good water pressure and strong wi fi
- Lots of personalized service. Staff was incredibly helpful with recommendations and making sure I was taken care of
- The towel rack
Cons -
- The toilet leaked, the floor was uneven, it was dirty, the bathroom door didn't close.
- Very minor items - the tv remote that controls volume needed a new battery and the shower drain didn't work very well but neither was a big deal.
- The only thing is that the AC was not working properly and the room felt pretty hot. When we were in the room, we left door open to get the fresh air from outside. The room also could use some dark curtains to block the sunlight in the early morning.
