- Staff and location
- The room was clean, modern with both room and bath that was obviously recently remodeled. Very reasonable price for this small motel ($80.00 total). A modern shower and sink, comfortable king bed, a desk chair, cabinet with drawers, large flat screen tv, micro and a good sized fridge with a large freezer section. The room is small, but worked fine for this solo traveler. The lady at the reception office, who appeared to be the owner, was very welcoming. She told me they had acquired the motel eight years ago and immediately began remodeling the entire motel. (Note, I had stayed here around 12 years ago and it was a dump. It is completely different now.) Coffee is not available in the room, but is available in the office. I’d recommend the Black Jack Inn.

The staff were very friendly. Check in was easy. Location was great. Room was small but very nice for the price.
