Seaside Inn

Easy, no fuss check-in. The room was clean and fully equipped with everything a traveller would need.

Location and cleanliness

The staff was rude and abrasive. Management took $80 from me (a number she made up on the spot), for having my service dog with me? Which is illegal in California.

Room was large and in good condition. Paint looked fresh and decor was pleasant. Bathroom was a bit small, but not ridiculously so.

The staff is clueless and the speech barrier caused me to be overcharged and put in a downgraded room

I love that Seaside is actually a happening place and this hotel is right by breakfast, coffee, and a brewery. I thought that the room was kept immaculately so that helped me feel comfortable. The shower and water temperature was fantastic.

I noticed the bedspread had a cigarette stain in it, and it was supposedly non smoking. Some of the paint was a bit dingy as well around the walls and edges. The nightstand drawer was also broken, so it just gave off kind of a dingy vibe at first.

Location was great for cost.

Parking was difficult. Staff at check in was a bit rude.

I like that they have balconies.

I didn't care for the service at check in. He was not at all friendly.

Pleasant, non-nonsense place with friendly desk staff and nice room.

WiFi was difficult, and worked best in the bathroom! I had to use ear plugs due to the traffic noise.

It was right where me and my husband where going.

Nothing really except we where told there was a continental breakfast and there wasn't.

This hotel was horrible !!! Front office were rude tried to tell them our sheets had hair and stains she argued with and didnt wanna go up to see our room and the bathrooms wernt clean! Asked for clean sheets and gave me more dirty ones

It says that including breakfast, however, there is no breakfast and the bed sheet is old and kind of yellow.

The sheet are not changed. There are blond hairs on the white sheets when I pull over comfort. The stuff are rude and she acts like that we inconvenience her. They actually do not provide free breakfast as indicated on the AD.

The room had been upgraded and it was in wonderful condition.

Not enough parking spaces, but that was a minor issue. BTW, I am not Stephen from Norwalk, CT. I am Stephen from Oakland CA

Clean, well maintained motel. Nice to have a refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer and iron in the room.

Room was on the small side and the parking was a bit tight, but otherwise all was good.

Location and landscaping at the location. Outdoors was very pretty and well maintained.

A bit pricey, but we booked the week of travel.
