Beautiful location on a river, in a little town in Silicon Valley. Will stay there again.

The King Room with a balcony was lovely. We kept the door open and enjoyed the fresh air and the sounds of the creek and birds. We enjoyed small bites and wine/cocktails on the outside patio at the Heid Lounge. Great selections of food and beverages.

The Elevator doors need to be cleaned properly. The doors gold doors were not shiny. They were dull and with lots of smears most probably from not using the correct cleaning product.

I appreciated that this hotel is in a safe neighborhood and is quiet. Hotel staff remembers you when you return from a trip and welcomes you. It¿s clean and has charm. Many restaurants are up the hill to walk to. The hotel has access to Big Basin via 4FL

Room size was spacious, room was clean and the furniture was updated and nice . The view was very refreshing and relaxing. I had good experience with the front desk receptionist Halena when she checked us in.

I just didn't like the experience I had to go through at the check out and before. It was ugly and bad . They ruined my stay at the end of it.They lack hospitality experience which is the title of their business. It happened to me twice within three days.

Nice location, comfortable bed,clean.

Several things were wrong but the main one was that there was no air conditioning in any of the rooms we were told. If we were told this before arriving we would have stayed somewhere else. Unfortunately their saying I'm sorry didn't cool us off.

The staff are super friendly and attentive to your needs!! Very clean! Location is wonderful.

I love this boutique Silicon Valley hotel. I stay here when coming to Saratoga for business. So convenient to restaurants and shopping in Saratoga. Staff very pleasant. There is also a small business center and a gym.

They could improve on breakfast.

This Hotel was secluded and I had to have a procedure done at PALO ALTO. It was everything quite and lovely. I took the Uber to the Palo Alto $20 and my ride brought me back. Lift would have been cheaper.

There are two main entrances one on the fourth floor and one on fourth ave a little weird

The restaurant / bar hostess on Sun Dec 28 was an absolute delight! Breakfast was good.

The coffee at breakfast was quite poor!

The rooms and facilities were clean, very comfortable and spacious. The staff were super helpful and went out of their way for us as well as we’re happy and kind!

They charge for parking per night. Should be included in the price. Hotel could use little up grading.
