Pros +
- It was quiet and walking distance to eateries.
- Some of the staff are really good. Banquet facilities and food were wonderful.
- hotel was close off the freeway and convenient.
Cons -
- There was a resort fee and parking fee and only two EV chargers which were occupied when we needed it. No breakfast included for the price and rooms and furniture could use a nice coat of paint.
- people at the front desk simply do not have "power" to help customer. got a late check out (very nice) but then couldn't get back into my room. V frustrating and little help. Also, Santa Rosa is rough...would not recommend walking river next to hotel.
- they charge you 20 dollars a night for parking! what a rip off! this isnt Las Vegas!! Also, i would rate this a 3 star hotel, not a 4 not a lux. property. Its clean, decent, but its an average chain hotel.
