I tried to change the check in and check out date but nobody could help me. They placed me on the third floor but the room above me was making too much noise. I did tell the front desk but they did nothing ! I will not stay there anymore.

That it was so close to everything! I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go to andf there was convenient transportation available for far away places.

The homeless presence, so very sad. :(

The location was perfect. Close to bus and shopping areas. They were very attentive and my room was cleaned. Breakfast was really good. Coffee station on the lobby was great

It was within walking distance to the beach and beautiful rooms. The front desk clerk employee was the best. Not only did she work hard but she made everyone feel welcomed and was very helpful

I booked a room with a king bed. Upon check in, I was informed that only rooms with 2 queen sized beds were available. My room did not have a do not disturb sign. I requested one the first night, was told it would be sent up but never arrived.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was newly remodeled and immaculate. You could occasionally hear the light rail but it wasn¿t bad. Loved my stay!!!

The staff was excellent, cheerful, and referred us to some great places. Great amenities such as free breakfast every morning was nice.

We did not feel safe at all times. We experienced a traumatic experience immediately in front of the hotel's main entrance. A female homeless lady approached our son and spat in his face. There was no hotel security available at this time.

Everything... all combined was an outstanding experience (Customer service from hotel employee at check in was fanatastic) Would have given 10 star for employees but unfortunately there was a rude employee we encountered during breakfast. I did not see her name.

Check in time was 4pm. I thought it was 3pm and we arrived a little early about 230p and could not check in. Had to modify our plans for the day as a result.

Sound barrier horrible! We could hear a child running back and forth all night. Hardwood flooring didn¿t help.

Very noisy at bedtime, phone didn¿t work when I tried to call about the noise. The parking was cost was very high, not included, and not discounted, valet only. The breakfast was not edible, bad fruit, moist packaging inside the bagel. Staff needs impr.

I have stayed there before. I would probably just go direct with them next time and not include you. It was too expensive. I could have done as well or better with them direct.

The hotel is fine.

Room was barren, the huge balcony had only 1 small sofa & ottoman with a cigarette burn, no lounge chairs as advertised, remote battery was low, no privacy for bathing, the vanity was out in the open & could see thru bathroom door, uncomfortable seating

How nice the staff was.

The room was facing the street so all I heard all night was street traffic, police and the metro line making stops. It was hard to sleep.

It was a very large room and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The location is near downtown and the ocean.

The train is literally outside the door so the train whistle was going from early in the morning until the evening. The balcony chairs were very low so yes, it gave privacy but you ended up looking at the glass on the balcony.
