Comfort Inn Santa Monica - West Los Angeles

This is a clean and convenient Comfort Inn. I liked the common courtyard area with tables and umbrellas.

It seems to have been retrofitted to have more security which I appreciate but it made it a little difficult to get around and get ice, etc. but other than that, it was great!

Nothing. Room had hair in sink in bed. Musty smell. Wierdos in front of hotel. Lobby staff were nice and friendly.

This looks like a rundown motel6. I didn’t stay. I felt unsafe. 3 wierdos were walking and hanging out in front of the hotel. Mismanagement by corrupt politicians has ruined most of LA county. Sign posted warning that staff carry personal safety device.

Very large and spacious room, EXCELLENT Bed and Bedding. Great location for our appointment - less than 10 Mins away

The room was nicely appointed. Lamps and power outlets on both night stands, and Power+USB on the desk. Coffee maker with lots of K-cups. Microwave and mini-fridge. Hair dryer, iron, ironing board. Comfy bed, chair with ottoman. Hot breakfast w/ham&eggs.

Hotel layout was confusing with lots of secure doors and few staircases.

The staff was not helpful when someone backed into my rental. The rooms were choppy with not enough lighting.

Room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and easy to access.

It wasn?t too far from the city and not too far from the beach.

I did not like having to exit the building secure area to go get ice and /or use the elevator.

The large 2 room family suite was roomy and exactly what we needed for a family of 5.

The floors were a little dirty upon check in, and when asking for towels in the afternoon was told we had to ask for them in the morning and weren't able to get towels in the afternoon.

For the price this was a great place to stay; staff was very helpful, nice. Hotel was clean, mostly quiet.

Very helpful staff and the bed was so comfortable and I slept great!! Very important to me!! Also, the location was awesome!

I like the fact that they provide a selection of pillows on the bed so that you can find the firmness that's right for you. The water got hot quickly. Free breakfast in the mornings!

There was free parking and a free breakfast, mini fridge and microwave in room and close to some stores and restaurants

Bathroom was very small, not enough ventilation ( dampness in room). Break was free but overcrowded.

Carpets were v dirty and mainline was going on .paint work our clothes ,shoes all got colors /paints tv was not working first day and maintenance guy came next day to fix it .Bad experience

The breakfast room was too small for the amount of people who used it. The bathroom in my room was small, toilet oddly situated making moving around in it and close door before sitting on toilet awkward.

Seemed clean.

Dumpier than most Comfort Inns. Not the normal Comfort Inns you are used to, its more motelish. Think they bought an existing property. Maintenance lacking. Poor breakfast layout; crammed in small overcrowded room.

Free parking included

I told everyone I was paying cash. They ran my credit card instead. When I got there and paid the cash price, they could not refund my credit card at the time. It took three days. I had no money available on my debit card to spend at dodger Stadium.
