I enjoyed the location, the staff, the room upgrade and room view. The welcome with champagne was a special touch. The rooms are spacious and the amenities were great.
Great location close to the beach, great bar, pool and outside space. Fantastic staff, very accomodating.
Hotel was very clean and decorated nice. Overall its a beautiful hotel. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Cons -

Rooms don't have coffee makers...which is a convenience that didn't detract from my stay.
Beach chairs/beach towels not provided or available. Elevator broken 2 of 5 days of our stay. The A/C in our room broke and it took a day to repair it but it still wasn't working properly after it was repaired, No self parking and $58/day for valet.
We showed up at 2pm. Check in is at 3pm. We waited an hour to check in which was not problem. When I went up at 3pm to check on the status of our room the front desk called on the radio and the guy informed them our room had a 3pm check out. Not happy!

Beautiful rooms and helpful staff

Bathroom had a sliding barn door, so not a lot of privacy.
