Easy Kiosk checkin.

The room smelled like smoke. Room overpriced. This gave extended stay motel. Lots of suspicious activity near back driveway and in parking lot in the evening. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and the towels were stained.

chairs had rust on the bottom my sheets had rips in them. They moved us rooms and I had a light from the signs shining directly into my bed for the entire night. There is no staff there after 9 PM if you need anything too bad can't do anything for you.

Everything was terrible virtual check in no TV no hot water bed bugs no soap

The room was clean, fresh painted.

They gave us a room that still had people in it.

Location is close to The Boardwalk

The hotel staff called to tell us to leave, claiming that we had 12 people in our room. We did not. We had 3 adults, 3 teens, as indicated. They were so rude. And it was 10 PM at night when they did so.

Yes many items were damaged inside the room upon arrival. I took photos and the internet connection was poor.

The office was closed and I didn't get a room. Stranded out of town. Being a disabled senior it was very stressful.

The proximity it was to the boardwalk.

The room was disgusting. Stains everywhere and on everything. Old food stuck to the curtains. Broken fixtures on furniture. No hot water in the sink. The room was not worth the price at all.

Clean bedding

Cold water. No spa. No breakfast. Very noisy

Bed and location

Dirty, mold in shower, smells, noisy next to ice machine, insects, and cheap everything

location is key, manager gave us extra time after our run to get ready since we had to take the bus back to Santa Cruz. Beds were comfortable, if you are staying for one night its just ok.

didn't get much sleep had next door guests that were loud early morning unfortunately our room didn't have a closet, Kleenex, lotion or hair dryer. Towels were very thin.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and smelled so good when I walked in and were very spacious.

There were a lot of parking spaces but it seems as though they filled up quickly.

Towels are thin..very noisy rooms. Don't forget your own pillows

Arrived late and was greeted by a kiosk rather than a human.

No sound insulation. Rooms have rolling chairs and i family above us used them as race cars till 2am pushing each other around. Woke us up over and over again. Staff did call them and ask them to stop but it didn?t help much.

Room was clean, the indoor pool and hot to were great, staff was great up front!

Room smelled faintly of smoke, but hotel does note non smoking and after air was on and left door open for a few minutes, all was well.

NOTHING ITS A Worst PLACE. We wasted time and money. Will never go back there

Someone hit my car in the middle of the night. When I went to the front desk to complain about it, they told me we don¿t have cameras. A place ( inn) in Santa Cruz that don¿t have any cameras on their property, is a joke. We won¿t be staying there anymore
