Bugs in the pool

Very nice and neat motel room. The continental breakfast was great.

The size of the breakfast room was too small. Only enough seats for 5 people.

the manager was rude, the pool kidney shaped small and cold. there was remodeling next door i was awakened to hammering the first morning and drilling the second by 8'00AM I BOOKED AND got charged for a room with two beds but w3as given a room with one

Breakfast is included but does not open until 8AM so I have no idea whether it's any good. I did not see any trash cans on the property; guests leave bags of trash outside their doors. The mattress was pretty old.

It was next to a nice diner. The staff was extremely courteous.

The handle in the shower was extremely loose . The TV screen picture was black when we came in and the tech had to spend about 1/2 hr adjusting it so that we could see the picture. The shower curtain bar was loose and held in with poorly placed screws.

Hotel look very shabby, very sketchy people. Woke up in middle of night person in next room screaming off an on for 15-30 minutes.

The gentleman checking us in was very kind. The room was spacious.

When I knelt down to try and turn on the heater there was sticky stuff on the floor, which got on my hands and bare feet, I looked around and the floor was really filthy.The bathroom counter was also dirty, looked like fingernail clippings or something.

Beds and pillows where terrible, The place was noisy people where stomping bank and forth above and talking loudly outside our door until all hours. the pet area which was non existing had no place to put the dog waist except in your room. Not safe

Clean, spacious, and friendly helpful staff.

Too bad there wasn't a breakfast served or a better grab n go breakfast. Cable TV could have more channels available.

Good location

Broken air conditioner. Didn't change us to another available room with good air conditioner until 2nd night. Didn't give extra blanket under cold weather and broken heater. Didn't answer phone calls. air conditioner very loud

No smoke detector, bath plug did not work. Broken electrical cover plate on wall. Moved a small table, the wall behind had spilled product and floor area not cleaned.

Close to mystery spot

Room was dirty, no kick plate or seal on bottom of door so light and water came through. We reserved a King room and were given 2 queens and they could not/would not fix the issue and give us the room we reserved.Neighborhood was not good.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Good place to stay fit the price.

Room was advertised to include breakfast which it did not. There is no mention of the additional amount charged per night for pets until you arrive at the hotel.

The Quality Inn is extremely clean and the owners are really nice. It is centrally located giving easy access to all Santa Cruz has to offer.

The proximity to stores

The manager gave us a room that was already occupied. There was lomg hairs in the shower,

The gentleman who checked us in was so very kind. We were only there for one night so just needed a clean room to shower and sleep. This was just what we needed.

mold in shower, what appeared to be a blood stain on the floor, stains on the mattress, and the front desk wasnt friendly.

This was a disgusting hotel I've asked for refund that I still have not received my refund asked for

The room had bugs everywhere and the bed wS infested

The hotel was too far back from the front desk and pool. Not enough parking spaces. No elevator on the other end of the building.

Friendly staff. Close to our event. Decent neighborhood.

Room clock severely damaged. Odd complaint with today's phones, but still... ... ...
