Is close to the beach and boardwalk

There is no heat in the room and I?m anemic. They do have a old AC but I ain?t never used it. It gets real cold at night. Very thin covers.

It is on a steep and narrow hill. It is not handicap friendly. The rooms are small with no toilet paper holder and no coffee. Vending machine was out of water.

Of how close it was to the boardwalk.

What i didn?t like was, there was construction going on in the room next to me. Plus the power didn?t work so I was not able to turn on the ac.

The location was great. The office manager was very aware of the surroundings, which made me feel safe. He came out to the parking lot the second we parked to make sure we were supposed to be there. The bathroom has been recently remodeled.

The cleaning staff used Fabuloso to clean the room, and it left a very strong fragrance. I have asthma, and it made it very difficult to want to stay in the room. I could not open the window because there was no screen.

This was not a good experience. I will never stay there again. The only good thing was the close proximity to the boardwalk.

It was very dirty. There were stains on the ceiling and wall that looked like blood. There were bugs on the floor of the bathroom. The bathtub was so dirty I did not want to take a shower. There was a sticky clear substance on the nightstand.

Location and friendly staff

The room was not what we expected. Our description said king suite with sofa bed an got a queen size bed with a very uncomfortable couch. This place is maybe great for youngest folks not for families like my case

Close walk to the boardwalk.

Police showed up to remove somebody from a room when I showed up to check in. Homeless right next to the hotel.Extremely poor maintence. Door looked kicked open.Gaps in door with safety lock broken. Guy upstairs holding a big chain. Checked out that night

The lady at the front desk was very nice, she upgraded our room.

Had to walk up to the second floor, parking lot too steep, a lot of homeless.

Location

The rooms are old disgusting and bad service. They definitely over charge and shower head and power did not work.

The location was perfect, just 2 short blocks to the heart of the Boardwalk, and much more affordable than many similar hotels many blocks away. It was much quieter than I expected also. The manager was friendly and helpful in granting a special request.

It was still expensive, but that¿s unavoidable on a weekend in Santa Cruz.

Really run down. Door didn't have a safety latch. AC didn't work. Towels were dirty. It was really a mess

It¿s location is the best. The staff were very nice. Free parking.

The room needs updating so bad. The air freshener was very potent. It was strange the 2 beds were in the bedroom and the king was in the main room.

Very clean room with amenities at a great location for a very reasonable price.

The hotel is on a hill so there are many stairs and steep inclines/declines. May not be best for those with mobility issues.

I guess the location. But I will not stay here again.

The front door was bent and looked like someone had broken into the room. There was a hole in the bathroom door. There was hair in the bathroom sink. The shower had mold around it. The room smelled strongly of bug spray.

Extremely close to the Boardwalk! Very nice managers.

Charming hotel. Lots of character. Beware the Cal King platform under the king size mattress. Lots of bruised toes n shin bruises!

The Hotel is VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH, less than half block away!

The bathtub is VERY OLD, it looked like someone tried to upgrade it by applying a coat of paint ! It looked bad.

Vlakbij het water en de pier/vertier. Het was een goed bed. Als ik het aanraad is het vanwege de locatie en ik voelde me er wel veilig.

De bleekwatergeur in de kamer. Spiegel was niet schoon (tandpasta-spetters?) Dit was de minst fijne kamer van heel de vakantie,maar vooral door de geur van bleekwater.

Cómo que el aircondition no funcionaba muy bien xk el cuarto muy caliente.

Location was good.

The bed was awful. It was a mattress thrown on a wooden platform. Very noisy every time you moved it cracked and Mohamed as if it was going to fall apart.
