Updated room, quiet and mostly very clean, with coffee in the lobby. The front desk was friendly and accommodating.

No where to hang up anything. I know it's near the beach, but there was sand all over the floors. Even a swiffer would've removed it, but certainly if it was mopped it shouldn't have been there.

Beautiful, spacious room. We got the king suite with two rooms. Very comfortable beds and pillows. It's right by the Beach Board Walk - within walking distance. Felt like a safe area. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff.

The remote didn't work for the TV. Only one channel. Not such a big deal since we didn't spend much time in the room apart from showering and sleeping. Limited parking, tight sparking spots.

I was pleased to find an affordable room late on a Friday evening.

My adult son was refused a room with his jail ID even though I was there paying in person with my own driver¿s license ID. He wasn¿t scruffy or under the influence of anything, just needed a place to sleep.

The location was awesome, right next to the beach and lots of places to eat.

Hotel room had stained sheets, used soap, shower door kept on opening, and thin walls.

Brand new rooms. Completely renovated to have a large beautiful bathroom. There was even a walk in closet. All the furnishings are brand new. Large flat screen television, brand new microwave , and clean fridge. Nicest hotel in Santa Cruz!

I was told I would have a refrigerator & microwave in my room. When I went in my room, there wasn¿t either or. I do understand they are remodeling the hotel & my room was just literally remodeled. Seemed like those features were over looked.

Room smelled like dirty feet and beds extremely hard/ uncomfortable.

There wasn't anything to like about this hotel! No Parking, pool was dirty, room smelled awful, beds too old! The place needs to be renovated! I paid way too much for my stay!

I found this hotel to be way too old, rugs were stinky, walls need to be painted, upstairs visitors took like 5 showers and the water started leaking on my bathroom floor almost causing me to slip on the wet floor! Awful experience in Overall! Awful!!

The room itself was very large in comparison to other rooms in this price range. Gentlemen at front desk was extremely nice and helpful.

The room I had didnt have a thermostat. In November it was rather cool, requiring a little heat in the room. If there was a working thermostat, I never would've filled this out.

The pool and location as well as the 3 bed room availability.

The fact that there is only 1 car per room. You have to find other parking places for the day and night and pay separately for them.

Old and wearing out. 3 BR suite. In one the window sheetrocked over & had no ventilation. AC in only main room & worked not well. Set on hi fan speed not auto but kept shutting off. Maid service didn't clean well. Floor spongy joists probably rotting.

It was only a block from the boardwalk! 2 bedrooms!

The cleanliness was not as good as I would have liked for the price. Looked like the bathroom had not been swept or done poorly. It's very old and needs a lot of improvements and upgrades. At least a 2 inch gap around the door. Remote didn't work.

The 3beds in somewhat separate areas was nice.

Very outdated, old furniture and only 1tv. . Extremely Thin walls. We could hear the next room making adult noises. There was not enough parking.

The location was perfect. The motel was in waljing distance of the Boardwalk and many cafes and restaurants.

The parking is limited. The TV was difficult, maybe have a laminated instruction sheet and channel guide.

Had difficulties checking in. the room had blood spatter on the ceiling. waited all morning for a room because we were told we couldn't check in until 1 and found out they gave someone else our room at 10:30 unprofessional staff. don't care about customer
