- The upstairs veranda or courtyard
- The hotel was just a couple of blocks from the Boardwalk, which was our main destination for the weekend. We were able to walk to/from the boardwalk and not have to pay for parking. Plus, our room was clean and the staff was courteous and friendly.
- Not bad. To be expected for the price. Just a hotel. Clean rooms and location is right near the boardwalk. Parking free in back

- The unstable concrete steps to the second level... SCARY!
- Unfortunately, the hotel is on a corner where it seems every type of loud car drives by at all hours of the night.
- No breakfast even though they claimed they did. Heat was either full blast or off. Control wasn?t working. Tv remote barely worked.

The location was great?only a block away from the famous Santa Cruz Boardwalk right on the Pacific Coast! The concierge was very polite and helpful as well.
