Besides being charged a resort fee of $159 parking was another $48 per night. Once we saw the sign for the cost of parking we opted to park on the street. The buildings are historic and you can smell the old wood.

We left something in our room after check out. Housekeeping took it when we returned to retrieve it, management said it wasn?t there when they cleaned but we know exactly where we left it.

Booked for 4 stars MAr Monte water front but got located at sister property . More like an motel with quite an outside walk to main property. hard to access to anything belong to property . feeling like got cheat by the deal.

I thought the hotel was beautiful. I loved decor and location and overall vibe . Also the best was complimentary water bottles and bike rental. They really treated you like a guest

They did not light their fire pits unless you asked abd never the one by the pool. I thought that was cheap because once lighted people would sit. Fire pits at night are amazing for ambiance

Ocean view

No streaming or pay per view movies. No room service. Uncomfortable hard beds and the pillows were cheap. Asked for memory foam pillows and got more of the same crappy pillows.

Our room was not serviced at all during the time we were there. We were out of the room for hours during the day and did not leave not leave the do not disturb sign on the door. My husband had to go to the front desk to get coffee.

This hotel is extremely dirty and moldy. It¿s the dirtiest hotel I¿ve ever seen. The window frames and sills were covered in a think layer of dirt and mold, the ac air handler was covered in mold spores, the bathroom has years of gunk built up, smells b

Staff was great and very helpful.

Second night was really noisy I think there was a soccer team of boys that wanted to party until 2am at least.

Very loud. Could hear people going up and down stairs and closing doors very late and early morning, disrupted sleep.

This hotel isn¿t and shouldn¿t claim to be a 4 star hotel! First of all,the rooms are nothing like what you see online! The rooms are very small and not so clean! My sheets the night we checked in were dirty!! The bed was made but sheets were not change

Proximity to beach was nice but building I stayed in was about a block away from the beach. Room and bathroom were large and clean. View out window was not very good.

I arrived at 930 and the hotel cafe was closed and Nowhere within walking distance to eat. Only valet parking available and very expensive.

hotel is amazing and staff is great. i parked on the free side. theres free parking on the street side. You can also do valet parking its not free tho. I love the waterfront view and im like few minutes away from it. Walking distance only.

i hope i was able to get a balcony view instead. i paid so much and i couldnt get any room with the balcony view. i tried to upgrade and theyre charging me extra and they only have a twin size bed available.
