Great location, and lovely landscaping
Incredibly rude staff, unclear pet policy, unclear breakfast charges, breakfast not suitable for those with dietary restrictions. Essentially, the owner of this establishment ruined our stay

Perfectly charming B & B, quiet neighborhood but near main streets, so easy to get around. Small parking lot at rear. Wonderful breakfasts!
Plumbing a little rustic.
