- Room phone did not work. Empty body wash dispenser and shampoo dispenser
- I called about the fact that I was given a room with one bed - I reserved a room with 2 beds. I was on the phone with an agent for at least 20 minutes. I was told I would be receiving information about compensation within 48 hours. I have not received.
- Breakfast was very good, staff was great.
