Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Comfy, clean, quiet and updated room. Excellent location about 1/2 block from the beach. Nice continental breakfast. This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back.

Clean room.

Over priced. I guess if they can get it then ok. 300 a night for shoe box block from the beach. I expected a little more breakfast and closer to the beach, you are barely in your room. The bikes are older than my great aunt. Greed is good

The location was less than a block from the beach

The room was small but actually was very well thought out with amenities like a fridge and microwave. Bed comfy and overall very nice room.

Great motel. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. We also had a kitchen and a patio with chairs and a lounge. There are bikes to use and a very nice breakfast. It was a short walk to the beach. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

This motel was so charming. The room was comfortable and big. The location is perfect for walking along the waterfront and cruising up and down State Street. The staff was really nice, too. We loved it and would definitely return!

Quaint little place that exceeds expectations! 1 block from the beach with free bikes to borrow for a lovely ride along the beach bike path. Outstanding continental breakfast with the best part being the fresh pastries from a local bakery!

Bring ear plugs. You can hear the train in the evenings and late mornings. And you can hear people coming and going from their rooms next door.

Great value for the price, the ease of access to State Street and the Wharf - very cute, clean, and followed all safety protocols!

Location was great. Staff was kind. breakfast was about as good as possible with a pandemic. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the outdoor seating and flowers. Free parking was nice.

The heat/cool register did not work the first night and was replaced. The toilet had issues that were not resolved over the 3-night stay. Parking space was a bit of a problem. Could easily hear neighbors through adjoining walls.

I love the hotel. It was recommended to me by a friend and I¿m really glad that she did because it was a great place.The location was perfect, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was great. Hotel employee was very very nice and friendly.

The Very warm and friendly staff, the breakfast and the beautiful clean new bathroom. Reasonable pet fee compared to other hotels.

What I liked best about this hotel is it's location to the beach, cleanliness of the room and the staff was very friendly. The room size fit our needs. We were only there one evening. It was an old motel, but you can tell they take pride in their upkeep.

Plenty of parking, but it is a little awkward getting in and out. Especially when there are other people coming and going around the same time. Still, nothing to deter the visit just something to know.

Staff were supper helpful, loved the nature and the garden in the center. The breakfasts were decent and having bikes to stroll around was such a great add on with beach towels that we didn't expect! Rooms were clean and fresh, beds were comfortable.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants, tours, visitors center, Stearns Wharf, shoreline, etc. We loved that they had bikes available as well so we could take off and explore. The front desk people were rockstars!

I will definitely stay here again, and tell everyone about this place. There was nothing to complain about - I wish I had more room to brag further! I also really appreciated that it was all single level, nobody above and all had kitchenettes.

Location was great, great front office service. Appreciate the continental breakfast and mid day cookies. Will be returning.

Great experience and really only thing not great was the venting in the bathroom and could see some small mold spots high up in the shower. Otherwise everything else was great! Loved the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies!!!

Lack of easy bathroom venting. There was a window but it opened to an alley with people working back there so not conducive to leaving it open due to privacy and it being a bathroom.
