Incorrect information. This was NOT a two bedroom but a 1 bedroom with a king bed in the living room.

Quaint, excellent staff, beautiful hotel and atmosphere. Wine and cheese served which was a pleasant surprise. The courtyard is beautiful and the location is excellent.

No air conditioning which was a shock to this southern girl but fans are provided and the breeze was nice.

What was the "resort fee" that was tacked on to each day's charge? Even though it was small, it was a bothersome detail.

What I like best about this hotel was how close it was to everywhere in Santa Barbara and very conveniently located with a nice kind of Spanish style cottage that was detached and gave us more privacy.

Yes there are a couple of things we did not like about the hotel. First and foremost is that the mini fridge was installed in the bathroom right next to the shower which makes zero sense and parking options were quite limited on site & even on the street.

Continental breakfast is good. Rooms are spacious. So clean and location is great with hotel being one row behind the homes/hotels facing the waterfront. Nice balcony with breeze.

No AC and no heat in rooms; ceiling fan in room. Would recommend if weather not hot, but close to beach so probably rarely gets real hot outside.

I loved our suite. Felt like staying in a villa. Nice open area with a fire pit outside. Across the street from the beach and walking distance to the warfs. Staff was very friendly. I wish I could have stayed longer.

I did not stay at this hotel. I went to check-in at 4:00 PM and they informed me there was no power. I found it strange that they didn't contact me as soon as they lost power, so I could make other arrangements. It was quite stressful to find a place.

Great location. Easy walking distance from Amtrak station and State Street restaurants. Close to Stern's Wharf and the harbor. Friendly and helpful employees.

Great location right next to the beach. Charming hotel and the staff was so friendly. Even though we don't have children, I could see this being a great place for kids since our room had a kitchenette setup.

This is a three-star hotel, so I should say that it really is pretty nice. There are some older appliances that could be updated and some chips in paint/doors that need a bit of repair. However, everything was very clean.

below average breakfast, for the price I was expecting a bit more upscale. But it was very clean the bed very confortable and close to everything. we love the location and free parking.

The hotel is located on a side street but the noise of cars driving through all night was very disturbing. The room was clean. But it needs MAJOR remodeling. The bathroom and shower were very small, you can't even turn around in the shower stall.

There was a little kiitchenet which was worthless, only a small desk and one chair. Would not recommend this b&b . It was not worth the money that I paid. Sorry.

Basic, no-frills beachside rooms, very close to the waterfront and a local beach. Cute in an old-school California beach-town way.

Weak continental breakfast for a place that has "bed and breakfast" in its name.

Location near marina. Dog Friendly. Staff were great.

MINOR improvement: Parking stalls were snug fit. Glad there was enclosed parking; wish the stalls were larger.

There was no reserved parking and not enough spaces for guests.

We liked the cleanliness and 'retro' look of the windows. The bed was very comfortable and there were reading lights on each side of the bed. The light over the sink was strong enough to see what one was doing, rather than just cast shadows.
