Blue Sands Inn, A Kirkwood Collection Hotel

Very unsafe- all keys for all rooms are in a lockbox accessible to anyone checking in after the lobby closes. No deadbolt on the room door. No iron.

All employees were very helpful as are the owners. Loved the cleanliness of the room. Very quiet at atmosphere day and night.

Nothing the office was closed before 8pm on the day I was to check in! Never got in the room card was billed got no refund

Very overpriced for a nothing motel. Ocean view is looking out a tiny corner of window. Had to park on street.

Wonderful place. I was greeted wonderfully by staff. They were able to accomidate my needs with advance notice. The rooms were very nice and clean. Loved that they offer complimentary coffee the nex morning. Overall very pleased.

It¿s a 4 star hotel but with not clean towels and sheets (very obvious stains, more than 5!) the room is super small¿ overall it¿s like a motel.

Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, woke up to views of the beach. Everything was 5 mins driving distance. I like staying at bigger hotels, but this inn had such a cute room, felt intimate & homey. Perfect for couples, dogs allowed, no parking fees!

This location had front view walking distance to the beach only, I wish we could have walked to all the bars and restaurants but that would mean we would have to book our hotel on state street. But it was fine driving because it was only 5 mins away.

For the entire two days I spent there I kept hearing this loud banging noise about every two minutes or so. It kept me up at night and startled me quite. A few times as well. So I was a quite disappointed.

In no way is this hotel a four star hotel. No elevator, no one to help with baggage, no bar/restaurant/room service, no fitness center. If you are looking for a four star hotel this is NOT the place.

I paid --- bucks!!! To stay at this place , that isn't better than motel 6!! This is a complete rip off and SCAM!!!

The suite was really cozy and comfortable. It was nice to have a little kitchen with a full fridge and freezer. The bathroom was great with a really good shower. Location is terrific.

Got locked out twice and there was no staff to help us get into our room for over 30 minutes in the middle of day and evening
