Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Filthy room, trash everywhere, and horrible staff. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Stay classy. 👋

Absolutely everything!

Honestly - the entire stay was awful

we were checked out 3 times “accidentally” during our stay, meaning our keys stopped working. Check in took hours. Rude staff.we ran out of toilet paper(1 roll) day 2 and had to go get it ourselves from downstairs. Cleaners took and didn’t replace towels.

Friendliness and room

I asked if they serve breakfast, was told yes. Assumed the breakfast was complimentary. The receptionist did not inform a $20 charge.. Opened at 6:30, I was seated at 6:45,.food was awful. few choices and food cold. Self serve but asked for tip???

The staff was extremely nice and wonderful. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. In addition they offered a Lyft service from the hotel to the airport and vice versa free of charge to the guests.

The automatic light turning on in the bathroom. You don't want bright lights in the middle When you are doing a quick bathroom trip. The vent on 24/7 hard to sleep with the noise.

Yes, staff was rude, parking was horrible, room not clean, bed uncomfortable. This is not a 3 star hotel, more along the lines of a 2 star hotel. Disappointing to say the least.

Great location, nice room, comfy bed

I couldn’t figure out how to not flood the floor when using the shower.

House keepers didn’t check bottles of body wash, shampoo, or conditioner and they were empty after 1 time use

The lake with ducks and turtles was a highlight for my kids.

Found socks from prev tenant laying around the floor on our first night, as well as trash. Could tell it hadn't been vacuumed. Of the 4 nights we stayed our room was cleaned once, and they didn't even leave towels or toilet paper.

Charged for parking but there wasn?t anywhere to park. When we asked for cookies and towels the lady at the front desk rolled her eyes and did not want to help.

Only 1 elevator was working for the entire hotel. The cleaning staff would block the elevator door with garbage bags so the door wouldn't close. This would cause people to wait prolong periods of time.

I was able to book on the same evening. I purchased a two queen bedroom. When I checked in I asked for a King room & the Mgmt staff gracefully Moved me into a King room

Location to airport, quick Lyft shuttle to airport.

Under remodel and so lobby messy with dust. Elevators both being remodeled and a mess.

The suite was awesome. Loved the l¿il pond with the ducks and the turtles.

Not knowing there was construction but all was good.

The staff and location to the airport was great.

The hotel was experiencing some "renovation" issues. The elevators were covered in cardboard. The ac unit was loud. The last evening I didn't have electricity in 1/2 of my room, no tv or fridge. No discount for inconveniences either. Don't recommend.

My daughter fell in bathroom on first night. Water leak Coffee pot didn¿t work. Fan did not work in room. Extremely stuffy and hot in room. My feet were filthy from the floor. Outlet in bathroom didn¿t work. We were late to my classes that I drove Sa
