    • Not much

    Cons -

    • Upon arrival there was no parking, Management arguing with tenants, on our room the shower tub was damaged with a rusty hole. You can see the daylight through the whole. As I begin to shower worms we¿re crawling up from the damaged tub. I notified front
    • This place stinks, they rent rooms by the hour, staff didn¿t care about anything, my car was not safe.
    • When I returned for my 2nd night stay, my bed unmade, trash full, used towels, still on the floor, I made the bed and emptied the trashbag myself

    Not much

No Kleenex, no hair dryer, no phone, bad wifi, super dirty towels (visible dirt stains), no blanket or comforter (two thin sheets only), really uncomfortable bed and pillows

Everything. From the moment we walked in nothing seemed right. From the filthy bathroom floors to the bare walls and hard as rock beds. What was evenough better was when we attempted to use the cooler or heater we were overwhelmed with the smell of urine.

The location was just what I was looking for.

I was told that the room would have a coffee maker (there wasn't one) and refrigerator (which didn't work). There was one outlet in the room which didn't work. The only usable outlet was in the bathroom. The shower head was too low.

The rooms were filthy The desk staff not helpful or professional enough to care about quality Stayed on the floor in a friend's hotel 2 of our 4 nights, their floor was better than the room we paid for

Location.. and owners son..and wife helped mitigate and help with the problems.. the place looked good from the outside.

the walls in the bathroom needed painting, the Exhaust fan was not mounted, the drains didn't drain, ie sink and shower, the room door was left open "ALL day" by housekeeping, or somebody, the manager was very hard to understand. Our luggage was exposed.

It was conveniently close to Disneyland. I was extremely happy I only had to stay there one night for a few hours, I don't think I could have stayed longer.

The woman checking in was not friendly at all. When we walked into the room our eyes watered from the terrible smell, I had to keep spraying my body spray. Luckily I had throw blankets in the car we could use. Now our sweaters and blankets smell like it!

    Super close to 5 freeway

No microwave, room had roaches, AC is old and outdated, no blankets just sheet and comforter. The man who checked in seemed nice but then came randomly to my door asking me to move my car and park right or else he would have my car towed. The parking spaces are super cinoacted and theres not enough room to get into and out of your car. I was in the middle of something and he would not leave until I moved my car. I felt harassed ! Plus he was yelling at me when he didn't need to. I moved my car then he left me alone.

    Parking was tight

We enjoyed the 24 hour restaurant 5 blocks away which we had to use because there was not any coffee available onsite.

We walked into a room that was filthy, broken down and worst customer service we have ever received. We have photos and videos to show anyone interested. Because of our schedule-a wedding in afternoon, we did not have time to find a new hotel. We weren't looking for something fancy. Just clean and welcoming. Not a broken toilet paper holder with a quarter roll. Not given a blanket and told "use this side the other side is dirty". Perhaps with a working lock not taped on by electrical tape. A working refrigerator would have been thoughtful. The cherry on the top, to be told our relationship is our "personal problem" felt so wrong. (we are a married gay couple). In calling the property afterwards we found out that they would allow us to check in at 12:00 with no additional costs. They shouldn't just choose who they will charge additional costs to. That is just biased.

Good location, but stinky, moldy, and dirty.
