City Express by Marriott Santa Ana/Orange County Airport

The refrigerator ran very loudly and interrupted my sleep. I told the front desk and they told me to unplug it myself. I paid $20 for parking and they tell me I have to go park across the street for that $20 because their parking lot is too small.

Pay extra for parking. $20/night, but parking is very tight and some nights there are no spots left and you have to walk down the street in a bad neighborhood.

The staff were very friendly and over accommodating to our needs. Excellent customer service.

My room was disgusting and falling apart, the water doesn¿t get very hot, the room is only cleaned upon request. We requested but room not attended to for almost a week. Also, $18 for parking is ridiculous when free across the street. Breakfast not good.

They charged me even though I prepaid I checked out same night someone there used my credit card info and checked me back in even though I wasn't present. I complained they apologized but two days later another charge on my credit card from them.

I had to cancel that card and get another one. The front desk are rude. The manager  is not thourough. Rude. And obviously has no control over his staff. How does this happen. The person has to be present in order to check in. I wasn't there

Absolutely NOTHING

Yes that their staff confirmed that my reservation was cancelled and a refund was completed. The next day I was told that their employee should not have processed the refund, leaving me now unable to use the room that I paid for.

Room carpet is dark and looked dirty. Room Temp was set at 64 F!!!! Like an icebox. It was warmer outside at night. Old fashioned heating system would not heat. Took hours to get temp into 70F. Entrance to room needs updating. Bed was just OK.

The beds were super uncomfortable, the plugs do not work, livingroom lamp does not turn on. Bathroom definitely needs to be updated.

Room 123 where I was took forever to get hot water to shower or wash my face using the lavatory water. I also never could find directions as to where the ice machine was located. Lastly, the phone was dead making it impossible to call the front desk.

Location was great!

There isn't enough parking. They offer valet service but sometimes you had to wait to get your keys. The shower took a long time to get hot and would go cold often while in there. The breakfast was subpar...

The employees all seemed friendly and courteous.

Not enough parking overnight. They have valet but in the morning we had to wait for vehicles to be removed so we could get out. Lots of trash overnight and outside.

the location was good and breakfast was good.

They never came to change out our towels, trash or do our beds. I asked for a blow dryer on Monday morning and was told they would deliver it to our room. We checked out Wednesday morning and never saw or was told of blow dryer.

There was no hot water at all. Couldn't take shower. Mentioned it front desk and nothing was done about it. There was no soap in the soap dispenser!

I'd liked the location and staff.

The rooms weren't clean and smelled humid, some mold in the bathroom and scalding water (non-cold water) on bathtub.

Not far from UC Irvine.

It was noisy at that time (room construction nearby), restroom vent wasn't sucking, and parking was $18 freaking dollars. Good thing we were u p graded to a room with hot water.

There was only one TV in a two bedroom, also the walls and ceilings need repaired.. correctly

I was charged $15.00 a night for parking. We are already paying to stay at hotel and then to be charged for parking also was terrible! I don¿t think I will be staying there again.

The staff was rude and referred to the room I rented as the cheap double queen. The staff only appeared to be helpful when they learned I was a Hilton member. I was penalized and discriminated against booking through your app.
