Affordable. Close proximity to restaurants and staff was polite and helpful
Location, we had a wedding in Wonder Valley and this hotels location was perfect.
Well located for food shops and restaurants

Cons -

Next to a railroad track.
Railroad tracks next to motel but the train only came by once.
Over use of smelly stuff in room. It was extrmemly overwhelming when we walked in. Even after opening the window and turning on the air the smell did not lessen. Carpets felt pretty gross to walk on too. Im guessing the smelly stuff was put on the carpet
