I was told to leave because my company was smoking at the parking lot. We didn’t know this was a non smoking building to start with. We never received keys and they told us they will refund our money . We received an invoice showing the refund

People are mean and unprofessional.

Nothing really. Worst experience ever. Staff was rude and disrespectful.

The staff, the description given was very different than reality. Amenities were lied about. No hot m, no extra bedding. They are not pet friendly. Even for service animals. Not to mention the bathroom door won't close

the manager was only friendly at check in. she refused to admit that no one was in the office to give me my refund at 3 am in the morning when i checked out. she refuses to mail me my check. i am a disabled senior and it is a bad area of town. ...

It was located close to where I needed it to be.

First I don't think they had changed the sheets. Second the the breakfast was way below my expectations. It consisted of tiny little muffins and a bowl of fruit loops.

Wasn't issued my 50 refund after i was told I would. I left the room clean and even took out the trash

the location was fantastic, plus the hotel staff's friendliness accompanied by the cleanliness of the room.

The only thing I liked is that it is walking distance to the border other than that I disliked all.

The rooms smell like humidity our towels were dirty and riped. I took them to the front desk and ask if he would clean himself with does towels. "Answered no, and gaves us other towels that were still old but at least not dirty or riped." The toilet leak

Quick border access, good area, good for quick one night stay

Locks on door wiggled around and door was loose n noisey. Floors did not look too clean, tv had line going down middle, was charged $2 for a wash rag that was already dirty (black stained).

Most expensive outdated grimy hotel in horrible area.. Walking my service animal stray dog attacked my animal..Homeless lady threatened my family at near by Jack in the box.Hotel refused to give us more than 2 towels..NEVER STAY HERE! COST NEARLY$---.

See above. The only good thing about this hotel..My family had a place to get away from homeless& inebriated people walking the streets 24/7.OOH did I mention the 24hours hour trolley honking at the crossing behind the hotel in front of our room no sleep.

Decent hotel for the price and star level. Free parking and fridge and microwave in the room. Wi-fi ok

No clock or iron in the room. Out dated rooms and furniture. No shampoo or conditioner provided. Old cheap stained towels.

No parking,towels had holes and wwere dirty, found an open can of beer in refrigerator

Breakfast was poor. A/C was noisy. Not in a great location.

I didnt like the fact how I had pre paid online and they took an additional $50 off my credit card which they failed to tell me about until i checked my bank account.

I ordered the room for Friday night but couldn't check in until Saturday night.. ALSO the last time I stayed here we weren't charged with deposit but this time we were, extremely disappointed.

It was a perfect place to stay because the next day we were heading to the beach in Rosarito,Mex.

I had no issues with the place rooms were nice,clean and staff was great.

It was nicely priced and near local convenience stores and KFC, Subway and Burger King. Only 2 miles from local outlet stores. The staff was the best thing about this motel,very nice and professional. The room had small refrigerator for water...nice!!

No way to lock up valuables except in car bathroom wasn't completely clean.

The bathroom needs to be remodeled and the patio needs to be repainted.

Inexpensive but like an expensive hotel
