Price and the breakfast was nice

It seemed a little outdated. The rooms were pretty clean but the halls and the steps and the floor needed better cleaning

Good location

The room was not good, run down, dirty. There was a hole in the wall, broken handle on furniture, the chair was torn, and the room was dirty. Some mold, hair stuck to some walls and in the bathroom ceiling.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The walls were super thin and we could hear everything in the next room. Breakfast was not available for early risers.

It's location is within walking distance of a few restaurants and mini market.

Location is good for a visit to the Central Coast. Spent time at Hearst Ranch Winery, Hearst Castle and the Elephant Seal Sanctuary. A short trip to Morro Bay & Cambria. Montana de Oro State Park south of Morro Bay was a perfect spot for an amazing sunset

The hotel itself was OK. Though newly rehabbed, the halls and entry way seem to have been overlooked. Outside door didn't lock. Only staff was in a separate building across the parking lot. Breakfast was not very good. Watery frozen scrambled eggs.

Clogged tub, backed up water while showering, water didn't diminish. This issue had to get fixed on my precious private time and I asked for help more than one time. Extremely noisy shower head with squealing sound hurt my ears and my husband's.

Location was amazing, minutes away from trail on the beach and ocean minutes away. Also 25 minutes from Morro bay / 45min from Pismo. Tourist location near Hearst Castle. The price was affordable!!

Located in San Simeon, the hotel is easy to get to and the staff is very nice. They recently updated the finishes and offer a breakfast with your stay.

Our room was not clean and restocked when we arrived. Pillows were small squares. The toilet rocked and the bathroom upstairs leaked water above it.

People after midnight standing in the hallway coughing so loud and hard.

The ice machine. the cleaning staff and the very friendly lady who prepares breakfast.

The price for what you get. Room size for a double Queen was very small. Shower seams seemed to be coming apart from wall leaving a gap for water to get behind the wall. Breakfast was a hodgepodge of rehydrated military food.

Nice motel with comfortable beds and great shower. I appreciate the microwave refrigerator and coffee maker in-room.

The hotel Wi-Fi didn't work as provided. When I explained I was staying for a week, I was provided access to the private Wi-Fi!

The location is very good, close to heady castle. The room is very clean, floor has renovated to hardwood floor.

The hallway floor is still old carpet and it¿s dirty, lien is rough.

Excellent location near the water and Hearst Castle. It was clean and looks new. Service was really good. Our room was cleaned after the first night (we stayed for 2 nights). That was normal before COVID, but is a luxury now. The bed was firm.

The water pressure could be improved. The bathroom needs hooks or a towel bar to hang towels for reuse. No place to put items, e.g., clean clothes, when you want to take shower. It is also quite small and the sink is located outside the door.

The hotel clerk was very friendly and accommodating. A hot breakfast was provided with several options. The hotel was very convenient to get to and close to the Hearst castle.

The heater in the room was very noisy and turned on and off continuously. The room was clean but in need of repair.

So clean!!! Great location and excellent price!
