Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, extremely clean - great remodeled rooms, comfortable bed. My daughters loved the complementary shampoo!

Location wasn't bad. was close to 2 restaurants, the beach, and cruise ship port

It was dirty and poorly maintained. Carpet was gross and coming up in areas. Paint on doors was peeling off. Front door had a 3 inch gaping hole in the bottom of it. I do not recommend this hotel.

I did not like the fact that there was no cleanliness at all the doors did not work the windows were all broken the plumbing was terrible there is usually a stove you can use but that was also shut off the neighbors were loud and pooped on the wall outsid

Had somewhere to sleep.

The room was disgusting. There was black hair on the bed and on the shower walls. There was stains and makeup on the pillow cases.The chipped walls and overall older feel of it didn't bother me but the feeling of not being cleaned was disgusting.

Great location. Very nice staff. Rooms ancient and in disrepair, but clean.

Decades of deferred maintenance. Seemed to be a low-income part of town. Active military base right across the street.

It very outdated and not cleaned an attempted was made but smell and stains are due to old carpet & furniture.

The internet and tv worked well, water pressure was good, and the cafe a block away was awesome for the location.

Rooms need updating. Kind bed was definitely not a king, odd layout to room kinda like suite with kitchenette but all old appliance that did not function. Cleaning previous musta been laxidaisical based on things found around bed. :-(

Good location. Close to Ports o'call waterfront, plenty of restaurants and places to eat. Staff is friendly. Parking is free. Kings room is pretty spacious. Good enough for a one night trip.

Furnitures would need to be replaced, everything looks old and dirty. The bathroom was not looking good, tub soil was overused thus looking dirty and the toilet seat was broken...

Mattress was confortable, the wifi was working and hot water. It was a very spacious room.

The room was very big but definitely the dirtiest room I have ever been into. It was simply filthy. Not even the pure basic (sweeping or clean floors) was done I could literally remove the stains in the tub with my sandals (didn't even take off to shower)

The only thing good was it was close to the fishing dock

I wouldn't stay here again if you paid ME $--- a night. It was totally disgusting. We left after one night. We couldn't even get in our room without the guy at the front desk opening up the door. Amd don't get me started on the furniture/bed...

There was a nice view from the upstairs room.

Booked a king size bed, got a small queen size bed. Dead bolt did not latch, bathroom door did not latch, hair in the bathtub. Was not advised of the off street parking, no ice machine.

The hotel room as a lil dated no AC no screens in the window to open it up for fresh air.

Location and staff were the best about the place.

The rooms were dated and not clean. Spider webs and dust on ceiling fan, dirty floors that need to be vacuumed, bathtub and walls not clean. And also claims free WiFi but it did not work all the time. Overall, the rooms need to be updated and cleaned.

The room was very dirty upon arrival. Bathroom had dirt on the floor, carpet was filthy and just all together disgusting. The cable also was non functioning and was not fixed all night. Service was also not great.

Well maintained property, nice mattress and sheets, newish carpet, no plumbing issues, working fridge. Short walk to cafes.Be aware that there is no air conditioning, but this area tends to be cool with foggy mornings, and the room has a ceiling fan.

Shower curtain needs replacement. The place hadn't been dusted for awhile.

The location is perfect- easy walking distance to the aquarium, beach, cafes, and a local market. The owner was courteous and onsite, maid service was good.

We had a kitchenette, and the appliances were clearly very old- dating back to the 70's and not well maintained. The microwave was on the counter next to the sink and water was easily splashed onto it which made us nervous.
