The room has been remodeled, so it was pretty nice. Bed was comfortable pillows was comfortable. Breakfast was good. it’s located in shopping center.

The clerk wasn’t to friendly. The elevator is broke and we was on the second floor, so we had to walk up and down the stairs for everything. if I hadn’t prepaid for my hotel room, in advance we probably would’ve went somewhere else.

Location and cleanliness

I really dislike how the maid knocked on my door at 10:30 am and when I didn’t answer, she entered my room.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. When the clerk discovered my wife was severely disabled he moved our room from the second floor to the first floor.

Everything was as pictured. Very clean, food very good. Plan to use again GW.

Close to family

Minor things such as: elevator need to be looked up. The door kept closing and reopening on its own. The safety sensors don¿t seem to be working very well. The door nearly knocked over my toddler. We reported it to the front desk however, no change.

Great location, plenty of free parking, hot breakfast and great customer service.

The elevator had some issues from time to time.

They couldn¿t accommodate us on the same floor plus they didn¿t let us check in earlier.

Everything was great room was clean and was exactly what pictures show. Staff are friendly.I have stayed here a couple times already and so far my experience has been great. There is also no parking fee which is great a lot of food options around the area

Area around hotel is full of Transkei. Literally camped out feet from property. Parking lot didn¿t seem safe

Awesome location. There are plenty of places to eat and shop within the vicinity. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. There is a good breakfast buffet. I appreciate that only hotel staff handle the cooked food. I wish the same for the bread

I would have given the hotel a perfect rating in terms of cleanliness. The hotel is decent and clean. There are some minor maintenance issues showing signs of wear and tear on the carpet, bath tub and fridge, but the room especially the beds are clean.

The staff are nice. The breakfast is great. Close to casino within walking distance and next to a mall with all you can eat Chinese buffet.

The main reason for my review will be for the cleanliness of the hotel. The kind/friendly staff. They definitely went above and beyond to help me as a guest and accommodated all my needs. I give hotel employee at their front desk a 5 star, maintenance as well.

Price could be a little less due to location and not having a pool.

Location was very convenient when our power went out and internet was needed for urgent work project. Hotel was clean and very quiet despite being adjacent to the highway, couldn¿t hear the highway. Felt safe in area that has some sketchy people nearby.

Front desk staff was extremely rude and condescending. A little overpriced considering the location and no pool.

It was at San Pablo near Cemetery

Difficult to find, unsecured parking with many transients, difficult to access wifi, continental breakfast has much to be desired, no soap for quests, no clean service unless we stayed 3 nights.

Location / convenient

Yes we experienced not a good service / customer service front desk put us in a dump room the carpet was still in process of cleaning : shampoo . When we open the door the equipment was still there and the person who¿s doing the cleaning was apologizing .
