we reserve for nonsmoking room but the room had a strong cigarettes smell.

I liked that i was put in a corner room on a top floor. I liked that food places were within small driving distance. Room had a tv and there is free parking.

The bathroom tub had old dirt and lime. Definitely didn't step foot in there. The bathroom window had no screen on it and looked old. But what really killed the stay was as I was getting ready for bed, I saw a huge roach on the wall next to the toilet!

I like that it provides fridge and microwave. Most hotels charge extra for that. I also like the tv and the cable channels it was a pretty large variety.

Near to where I needed to be, but did not like area.

I did not have my print out itinerary with me. I did have confirmation number. Check in took forever. Clerk needed printed form, and did not have tablet with me.

The room looked clean but when you looked closely the bathroom could’ve used New toilet seat, bath tub and a bigger sink.

The sink are was too smal

They show me unrespect because I reserved I room queen for 2 people my wife and me and they told 3 times the room is only for two person ok no more I said yes and after check in they was watching me by the window I was very upset and my wife too

Found a few bedbug shells, slept against my judgement and woke up three hours later itching like crazy and with a cluster of red bites. I've had to nuke everything I brought to the room and also my entire apartment to be sure, also hired an exterminator to come by and treat just in case. Avoid.

Enjoyed my stay here while IWas here for work Was able to extend my stay smoothly without having to move rooms!

The bed linens dirty... itchy the pillows were OLD, DIRTY AND SAGGY. old ready to be trashed I call reception next morning to have everything replaced for clean sheets and different pillows He insulted me saying that I was not at the Hilton hotel. So I told him that he was not giving me any freebies and that I pay for clean sheets and decent pillows that at leat for the $100 a night they charge they should at least have the decency to be able to provide that!!!!Not happy at all avoid this place!

I requested a h handicap room cuz I'm wheelchair Brown I've been standing to smoke shop for quite a while this is a little less room that I ever been in there it's like you didn't want me to be in the handicap control he put me in a small room I couldn't even get in the bathroom I couldn't stay there
