We enjoyed our 4 night stay. Location was great, very safe area. Rooms are nice and staff are amazing and helpful!! We had a great experience.

The jacuzzi was closed for repairs.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent and comfortable very clean and very spacious. I would definitely stay again and I will be recommending it to all my friends and family.

The location from the airport but there was no mention of an extra cost for parking thank goodness the the gal graciously offset the cost of parking because the pool and spa were shut down I would have line to see a continental breakfast.
More towels and the carpets were kinda dirty (:
The hotel staff gave us a gift bag of treats and wrote an apology letter for the inconvenience due to a noisy family who stayed next door to our room. This was excellent customer service and much appreciated.

This hotel had us centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do. It was about an hour or so to San Francisco and an hour or so to Monterey and 17 mile drive into Carmel. We enjoyed the pool, spa and bar.
It was clean and safe. Indoor pool a hit with our kids!
For the price there should of been a complimentary breakfast included.
