What I love from the hotel experience was that the room was really comfortable and it felt like a home that you can go to, it provided so much relaxation and I'm honestly wanting to go back.
The only thing I didn't like was the TV having some issues when it kept saying "No signal" that was it but still worked most of the time!

Location to SJSU and hammer theatre for graduation. The parking was included and that was a bonus. Rooms were clean.
The breakfast was pretty bad.

Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious clean room. Decent breakfast.
Front door is locked 24/7. You can only enter the building through the side door once you've picked up your room key. Lobby and lounge area not well maintained. Unfortunately the location is not pleasant.

Rooms were hot and outdated. Not a big deal if you're not staying long.

Staff was very nice. Location was good.
Somewhat disappointing. Towels were very rough. Linens had a slight bleach smell. Shampoos and conditioners were mismatched. TV was crooked and could not be straightened. Security was good but the method to leave the hotel was wonky. Room was tiny.

it’s location and rooms are very nice.
I didn’t like that they charge for parking, and they close the parking lot at 11:00 pm.
