Hotel is beautiful, the lounge downstairs is gorgeous, the rooms are spacious and nicely designed. Shoutout to the bellman, David! He’s amazing! Great personality and very attentive.

The cleanliness, decor and size of the rooms.

The water pressure and temperature of the water. The pressure was light and wasn’t hot enough (for me at least).

Excellent location, San Jose is such a nice place. The staff were very helpful, rooms a great size. The cleaning staff do an amazing job. Pool area is really lovely.

Great location

The room wasn’t ready at 3pm -said they would ring us when it was - didn’t went back up at 5pm and finally got a room - no offer to make good just wait. Then i asked for a kettle to be delivered to the room - at 5;30pm still no kettle went out for dinner and assumed it would be delivered while we were gone -nope at 10pm i go down to ask for the kettle again - and the front desk says its been logged as broken ??? Which again is perplexing if it was broken then send me up another one but they was no kettle - finally a kettle arrives - unfortunately this happened after we had just spent 2hrs waiting in the AVIS line up to get a car - so all i wanted was a room to relax in -

Hotel is a little used, but still top! Nice Lounge, bar, kindly staff, hotel room big an comfortable. Bed very good!All arround, shops, restaurants, bars! Perfect!

Location in downtown is excellent. king room with pool view was good. very clean. free water bottles.

The fountain restaurant was below average. food was low buffet level. thoroughly disappointed with the runny eggs and bacon. Overpriced.In the morning there is not enough security making sure the hotel is secure. It's in downtown.
