The hotel has an amazing location, very central. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered us one-hour extension in the check-out while checking in, no complication.
There were no kids' area or games

As always, the hotel was wonderful and our room clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great location for SF Giants games. We will stay there again.
The bathroom shower is starting to get a little moldy.

The room was spacious, beds were large and very comfortable, and it was quiet. There was plenty of room for our luggage, a refrigerator, and the receptionist brought us lots of extra coffee, when we asked. The lobby and outdoor courtyard with a fire pit were also nice places to hang out in the evening. The AC worked well. The location worked well for walking to Oracle Park.
I didn’t like that we were forced to pay an extra daily “destination fee” for some free crap that we didn’t want and will just end up in a landfill, and basically as a ploy to get us to spend money at the hotel bar/restaurant. That made the stay significantly more expensive than I had been expecting, so it was very irritating. I also didn’t like that the window could not open very far to get any fresh air.

Next door was really loud and we can hear them. We went to a concert and got back really tired so we wanted to just rest.
