Convenient location, spacious room.
Advertising “free parking” is misleading if the availability is that limited. If parking is first-come, first-served or very restricted, that should be clearly communicated to avoid misleading future guests.

We booked a 6 person room for our family of 5 and it fit our needs perfectly at a reasonable price for 5 people. The room was clean, the beds were comfy and it was relatively quiet because it was not street facing (and that was great for sleeping.) The staff was helpful. Many of the other travelers were families and older folks which made it made the vibe very comfortable. Great access to city bus.
Breakfast could be improved by adding some unsweetened options. The coffee was good but the food was all very sugary (cereals and sweetened yogurt and oatmeal.)

The room was clean.
Hardly any parking. Key cards don’t work like they should. Employees are extremely rude and not friendly. Tv is OLD and can’t plug in HDMI’s. No extra security locks you can use for the door. (picture) No early check ins NO MATTER WHAT. This place was the worst. Please don’t stay here.

Easy access, plenty of parking, and a central location to restaurants. Staff is very friendly and room was very spacious.
The street is a bit noisy but nothing too loud, ear plugs are provided in the room. At times you can hear some footsteps from the top floor.

Very big room with comfortable bed and good amenities. Have simple breakfast, filtered water to refill with own water bottle and free parking. Location is great to take bus to visit Pier 39 or even Golden Gate bridge. The staffs there are very friendly.
