The location was within walking distance of the piers, Chinatown, and lots of transportation options. Staff is incredible.

I stayed on their main floor. Toilets are broken, leaking, filthy. No attempt to repair broken toilet?locked all week. Hair on floors stayed put for days. 3rd floor baths are cleaner/drier, but still toilets still gross. Men in hotel do not lift the seat.

Location is outstanding

There isn't much privacy in our room. I could hear room next door, restaurant below and steps from above. I assume they could hear us as well. No tv in room either.
