San Francisco Marriott Fisherman's Wharf

Nice and clean room, good location and safe parking garage.

When arriving at the hotel, a additional 30eu / day was mandatory and could be used e.g. for breakfast or at the bar. We did not want to use it for breakfast, because we wanted to eat in the city and the bar closed very early so difficult to use there. Although it was mentioned in the small letters of our reservation, this is a scam of 30 euros per day that you might not even be able to use.

the hotel was clean, amazing and in a strategic position in the city. SanFran is already a city you can easily discover, but thanks to the AMAZING and SUPER FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL staff, it was even easier. Everything was special. Communication through booking messages was really tough tho.

the only thing you should work on is the communication through email and booking, because it was really slow, and i saw that the staff was really numerous compared to other hotels, even if the work amount is surely higher.

Great hotel, well located and rooms were clean and comfortable.Make sure you use your room credit and take advantage of the 2hr free bike hire.

No pool unfortunately. Hotel won't hold bags if you have a late departure, you need to go next door to Hotel Caza who will hold bags which you need to book online through a 3rd party app.

Hotel rooms were fine and price was good.

The prices were very high in the bar and breakfast buffet was $35 each. $20 for a 5 year old.. no baggage kept at hotel after checkout. Referred to another hotel which was $4 for each piece of luggage plus tax. I would not book this hotel again

Rooms were spacious and comfortable, housekeeping came everyday and cleaned the rooms promptly. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning and heating worked flawlessly. Location was good but very, very touristy. Keep this in mind when booking. Gym has lots of equipment, was tidy and clean. Washer and dryer was a nice touch. Free travel drink bottles from front desk were also great!

Restaurant staff were unfriendly, ceiling in the room was dated, corridors were freezing cold.

Staff were very welcoming. The location of the hotel was great - both the Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 33 was within walking distance, as well as restaurants and other tourist attractions.

The hotel was great, however, one of the drinking glasses had a white residue in it.

The location was excellent, very close to Fisherman's Wharf but away from the noisy area. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

The breakfast was just all right with limited selections, the pastries did not taste fresh.
