- Rude and unprofessional staff Housekeeping do not make rooms Very dangerous area (homeless everywhere) I do not recommand that hotel at all
- I asked for a wake up call and never received one. The person at the desk was sleeping on the couch when I came down to check out. There's also no easy access to ice, and there was no coffee at 6am when I came downstairs, unfortunately.
- None of the advertised amenities (pineapple bistro, cocktail hour, etc.) was available.
