Good coffee and tea selection. Comfy big bed, room was small but roomy enough. Clean

Good location. Clean rooms. Decent size rooms.

Noisy. Elevator is loud. you can hear everyone’s doors on the floor. You can hear the street quite clearly because the insulation isn’t very good. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the property for you.

Very central location and remodeled room. Great value hotel and the staff is very friendly/ efficient.

No A/C in the rooms (fan only) so dependent on weather could get hot. Elevator could be crowded at times.

Location is great, close to a lot. The rooms are renovated -- although no a.c.. Which in general, for SF, is fine. But important to note.

Wi-fi is weak. There was a constant noise (I don't believe from within the hotel). But basically, in room 501, I'd here what seems to be someone dragging a chair. That is the best description I could give. I had to put on white noise to not have it affect my sleep.

This is our hotel anytime we come to the city, we won't stay anywhere else, the location is amazing, great food and fun all within walking distance, along with great staff, clean rooms and very comfortable beds!

Nothing, it's a 10 for us

The room was spacious and cozy, the bed was really comfortable. I loved the high ceilings and the wooden floor. The fact that the heating is a radiator instead of hot air ventilation was a plus! The staff was really kind and helped me with an early check in to facilitate my travel schedule. The location is great, next to both China Town and Union Square.

The wifi signal was poor in my room.

Room was comfortable, bit of a breeze coming from under the door but had option for heating and an extra blanket. Shower heads were quite low/flimsy but pressure is good.Location was very handy to China town and not too far to walk to the Pier. Staff were friendly and accommodating for late check in and holding bags after check out.

Clean, good sized room with a very comfortable bed in a great and safe location. New bathrooms. I also liked the ability to open a window.
