Extended Studio Hotel Suites - San Dimas

This hotel was dirty we changed rooms and ultimately decided not to stay they were filthy the walls were filthy all the rooms smelled

Everything it was filthy it smelled there were vagrance hanging around

Bed had broken box spring no toilet paper, tub was dirty not scrub, roachs wont recommend at all

The guy in training was very nice and professional unlike the douch bag that was training him.

The crack heads in the front, the smell of nasty p••at and chorizo in the morning. It felt like staying in a Half way house.

Full size fridge and Microwave and 2 burner stoves included in room

The staff.

The property is filthy. So much trash on the grounds. I saw a man go out to pick up trash, but he did not do a thorough job. The pet bag stands were empty. There were drug dealers out in the parking lot almost every night.

Dirty floors, beds, towel. Broken and torn areas inside the room. Smelled like cat pee.

The hotel was close to where my family was staying.

There wasn't any blankets just a light cover on the bed. The towels were only big enough to wrap up my wet hair!

It was near shops and fastfood restaurants that I like such as Taco Bell Mc Donald's and Popeyes. It is right on Bonita, downtown San Dimas is just a block away

Nothing, filthy, horrific smell, front area all tore up, coffee stand was dirty and unsanitary!! No toilet paper in room; told to go get it yourself; no hand towels, not available!!

The location.

No hot water in the shower. Rooms need to be remodeled. The rooms are beat up pretty bad.

Charged $100 deposit and was not refunded. I had to call my credit card company.

Room needed a lot of work, was beginning to fall apart!

The hotel keys wouldn't work properly. No pool

It was the worst experience I ever had in a hotel!

No pillow cases on the pillows, stained with yellow stains. Nothing but a sheet on the bed. Homeless people in the lobby taking the breakfast items. Nobody at front desk until 7am and then waited 20 minutes til someone arrived. No Wi-Fi password.Horrible

Yes I made my reservation the day before the visit and when I got there they said they didn?t have a room for me

Location and AC

I was charged for having a dog when NOTHING indicated that additional. The phone in the room did not work though I reported it immediately. There was an ant invasion in the kitchenette. The internet went down for most of the first day.

The bed was comfortable.

after being switched unexpectedly from another location we arrived to an empty front desk. after 15 minutes of waiting, we were greeted by a very rude employee that did not have any interest in a good customer experience.

The parking was great. The location was also very convenient.

The room(s) were old, dirty, and dingy. The front door had a hole, the bathrooms were dirty, with used rags still there and the floors looked like they were peeling and coming apart. The keys to the room hardly worked and the halls smelled of cigarerrete.
