Location; appearance, options, games, fitness center, clean room

Most uncomfortable bed ever.. we didn't sleep at all and the beds are all queens should have options for king or 2 queens or 2 doubles etc. just so uncomfortable.. drinks are super expensive too

The location was close to great restaurants and bars.

The room was small.

Check in was at the bar and very easy. Plus, I got a free drink at check in.

The room does not have a microwave, fridge, or safe. The hotel should provide lotion like all other hotels do. Should provide complimentary breakfast.

Very trendy and in the middle of Gaslamp.

Parking is pretty expensive. Only vallet parking is available for 56

Room is small, only one bed, system was down for internet so no WiFi, TV or phone and parking is very confusing

Everything was centrally located and within walking distance of everything. The staff was very friendly and was very clean.

For the price of the rooms per night, I would have thought there would have been at least a fridge in the rooms. I¿ve stayed in cheap hotels (motel 6) with fridges. Hotels charged 4 different pre auth that were all diff auth over a 3 day time frame.

So much fun, downstairs checkin is a bar and games. Super clean

Rooms are small but shower is large, no coffee in room but they have it downstairs

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The location is very central so it was easy to walk where we wanted to go.

The rooms was quite small with no closet or dresser so we had to live out of our suitcases for the week. There are pegs on the wall, but it was easier to keep things in the suitcase.

Location was great. Had a lot of stuff to do around the area.

Incredibly small rooms, 2/3 lights in my room did not work. I had to work my way around outlets to charge my phone. Took a few hours finally cool of the room.

Clean with a great location. Its pretty trendy and the staff was very friendly.

Rooms are a little on the small side with not much room for storage

This hotel was better than expected. Staff was amazing. And location was perfect.

Parking rates 50.00 per night and tourism tax.
