Everything! Great location, friendly staff, fun pool, nice room and very clean. The food was great, our waiter ¿Diego¿ introduced us to Chef Todd who took us on a kitchen tour and tour of his rooftop garden. Our housekeeping staff was also great!

Service was minimal, no bar at the pool, pool itself was not very good, for a Hotel of this standing, the staff was nice but seems they have a shortage, the price was way too high for the overall service and room provided. I would never go back.

I did not like the unexpected mandatory amenity fee of $30 plus tax applies per room per night! Over the 3 nights I stayed room was never cleaned by the staff, (clean Linens, clean towels....) $36 for a very meager and pretentious breakfast!
It's gorgeous, well-maintained and feels like a true 4-star hotel.
Room cleaning never came after requested. The pool is small and blocked from the sun.
The location and scenic views I found to be the best. Convenient to alot of attractions in the area and very walkable. Further, as a newer hotel, it has been fitted with covid-19 sanitary options. Motion sensors in room, self cleaning elevator buttons.
Nothing really. However, you do have a 'resort' fee that I wasn't aware of until checkout. $30 per day. Similar to Vegas hotels for usage of gym and pool. Gym I can possibly understand but not pool. Gym was nice but didn't use.
The whole trip from pre check-in questions and communication was excellent. The staff, location and services was on point.
