    Very Good

    Pros +

    • It was on a street close to restaurants and a lot of things to do.
    • Staff at the front desk was amazing! Super friendly and helpful. It’s people like her that make us want to come back.
    • The location is good, near to the harbor, and restaurants. Staffs are friendly, breakfast is little bit crowded, but food is tasty and variety.

    Cons -

    • The bed was rough and the pillows were flat. It was uncomfortable to sleep in. Parking garage was not connected to the hotel and it cost additional fees to park. The amount of what would be billed wasn’t clear.
    • Was locked out of my room and had to sleep in a different room until staff could open my door the next morning
    • The breakfast buffet needs to have bacon or sausage. The options were limited and not very appetizing.

$28 per day for a unattended parking. And not easy to park in

The actual hotel was very nice and staff helpful.

The parking situation was odd and not convenient at all. It was too dark and felt unsafe. There was NO place to take your dog inside the hotel. Taking dogs outside at night unsafe. Suggestion:?there is a spot that could be used currently with large plants

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-22-2022

We like the location of the hotel it was central to just about everything we wanted to do. The staff were very accommodating has issues came up they fixed them right away.

One of the mattress had an odor of urine And the garbage disposal broke an smelled of old food but as I said the staff was good in repairing the garbage disposal. They want to consider buying new mattresses however l.

was a great set up with kitchen. clean and located in a good spot.

water pressure in the shower left a lot to be desired

I did like that there was easy metered street parking. You definitely do not have to pay the $25 for parking that the hotel wants. The parking meters even take Apple Pay. I think we paid $5.50 total with the parking meters. Right across the street.

I think that overall the hotel was a good value, except that we got kind of ripped off paying for the Cityview upgrade. You basically get a view of the ugly parking lot across the street. Not an attractive view at all.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 12-29-2020

The room was clean and had everything we needed.

There isn’t a direct route from the parking garage to the hotel. The garage is for the Holiday Inn, so if you use the elevator, it brings you to their lobby. You have to leave the parking garage and go out to the street and walk over to the hotel w/ ba

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-21-2020

The hotel was clean and so were the rooms.

The fact that parking was $25 a night. That needs to be added to the price of the room because after that the hotel was not a good deal.

The room was amazing and very comfortable!! The girl that checked us in that evening was very friendly and helpful!

Just the parking. Paying another 25 dollars to park wasn’t good.

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-16-2020

Toilet paper is not stocked. We had to keep asking for it. Website does not tell you, you have to pay for parking $25 a day!!

Kitchen , Hospitality when coming and going. Breakfast is offered (juice, boiled eggs, granola, cereal, fruit, milk, muffins, coffee).

Breakfast: Requiring ALL parties in room to come down even children During COVID, not logical when there’s no limit on food & anyone can walk in from street and they wouldn’t know. BW just provides a slip and asks # of bags/Room. No Parking (Expens

    1day room cigarette smoke

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-28-2020

    Kitchen and friendly staff!

It was a non smoking hotel, somehow cigarette smoke seeped into our room from a vent. It was definitely cigarette smoke. I had housekeeper manager check it out. Though they offered to move our room, we were there for 20 days and already settled.

Great hotel. I was very disappointed that I had reserved standard King room, but was given the 2 queen bed room.

My reservation stated that I had the king room reserved. However, I was given a 2 queen bed room. I talked to hotel staff and they stated that no king rooms were available. They had my wife and I check for a few days after check in, but we gave up.

Dog friendly. Valet parking with call system.

Online it said it had a pool. It did not. Also, San Diego rap water is disgusting. We wished we had a water purifier.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-11-2019

Quiet!! Room was clean. Staff was helpful and responsive. Breakfast was solid. Walking distance to restaurants

Did not like paying for parking though I understand that is a san diego "thing"
