Clean, quite, and mattress was comfortable!

If you are looking for an inexpensive place to rest your head for the night, this is definitely the spot! It's very clean and quiet. The bed is very comfortable and it was worth the $57 for sure. Also front desk staff waa very nice.

Never got to check in

I tried to get thru customer service to inform them I wanted to reschedule due to the fact I wasn¿t going to be able to make it to check in and didn¿t get thru.

Nothing great here at all I booked here and on arrival I was denied entry dew to check in hours but I think it was dew to other things

I liked everything online in person I was disappointed very disappointed no common curtesy of others time and money very disrespect management

The room is crammed and stinks. The people hanging around most of the day, talking loudly, watching television, arguing, and other annoying things.

I do not wander around at night. the location was excellent. Albertsons giant grocery across the street. Great Cafes Food. I am 87 the Staff was fabulous..a 5 star hotel could not have helped me more Yes I still work and was in San Diego to take classes. I was in a room with 14 others..several who had stayed there before. Who ever owns this property.. BRAVO

Fix it so the curtain doesn't blow open in bed room #1 each time the door is opened to the men's dormitory.

One staff member was awesome, the night shift and they have everything you need to make you comfortable

Comfortable, staff is very friendly, convenient to cook your own food, and friendly atmosphere.

it was clean, comfortable and a great place to escape the noise of the central Gaslamp District. The staff is helpful. i would gave guven it a 10 if there was more availability for neal preparation. There is a tiny area where only one person at a time could cook unless you just want to use the microwave and toaster.

Great little pods to sleep in. The lockers were big and didn't require me to bring my own lock. There was a "getting ready" room with great lighting for make up and hair!

Staff was Professional, Attentive, and welcoming.

The kitchen is small with just one electric stove, so you’ll have to wait in line if someone else is using it. The neighborhood can feel a bit sketchy after midnight.

I thought it was a modern hostel. Everything was clean all the time and they are so welcoming all the time. I had a wonderful experience during my staying there.

The food and drinks machines could accept card, but this was not a big deal. There were some grocery stores around but it would be so much easier if was able to buy things in this hostel with my card

we loved how quiet it is, the makeup room, the clean showers and the living room downstairs is so cozy!and someone is always there to check you in!
