We stayed in one of the Lofts and it was exceptional. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were helpful and attentive. The location was convenient. We will be back.

The location of the hotel was in walking distance to Petco Park, the Gas Lamp District and the Seaport Village. There were plenty of food options to choose from all within walking distance. I liked that the valet service provided a QR code for you to use when you wanted your car from the valet. The $15 credit per day was a nice bonus to use at the bar before the event. The room was clean and very spacious.
There were quite a few extra fees added onto the bill for the Gas Lamp District.

Wish I can say and attend more like I want but patiently I am working on booking more visits to have the experience of that nice luxury expensive hotel
I couldn’t have my transportation stable enough to move and explore the whole area

Great location, beautiful decor, comfortable beds (for a hotel)
Noise level - worst I've ever experienced. Had to change rooms and still was kept awake all night due to several disturbances outside (street noise, drunk people, pedal taxis, etc) and also noise inside hotel (could hear guest next door singing and snoring, guests in lobby partying at 3am). Walls are paper thin. Be prepared.

Location was excellent. Daily room clean, sheets, towels.
A weekly list of things to do, see, concerts, baseball games, etc in the area.Concierge wasn't always available to answer question, make suggestion, reservations.The receptionists were efficient at checking us in, but neglected to explain charges that might appear on our card, so there was a surprise when checking out.

Location is great
No room service, we had to keep requesting toilet paper because they kept forgetting to send it to our room after checking in and the room had no tp or hand soap till the next afternoon. Also $50 a night parking, no handicap parking you still have to pay the $50.
